  • Position: Deputy Project Manager – Technical Lead (01 person)

    II. Personnel Requirements

    1. Qualifications and Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Road & Bridge focus) or Technical Infrastructure from a regular university program.

    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in equivalent positions such as Chief Commander or Chief Supervisor for technical infrastructure and road transport projects.

    • Technical Skills: Experienced in preparing construction drawing designs, cost estimation, and quantity takeoff.

    • Certifications: * Construction Project Management Certificate (Technical Infrastructure) – Grade II or higher.

      • Construction Supervision Certificate (Technical Infrastructure or Transport) – Grade II or higher.

    2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Technical Leadership: Primary responsibility for technical aspects; organizing construction, managing and executing consultancy and construction contracts/items/packages to ensure safety, quality, progress, environmental hygiene, labor safety, fire prevention, and cost management.

    • Planning: Formulate work plans for the Project Management Board, assign tasks to staff, and monitor/evaluate performance.

    • Operational Management: Direct the resolution of technical issues, site incidents, and arising problems.

    • Reporting: Process and approve/submit reports and proposals to Company leadership and relevant departments.

    • Legal Compliance: Coordinate the implementation of legal procedures required for project execution.

    • General Support: Perform other tasks as directed by the Project Manager and the Executive Board.

    3. Skills and Abilities

    • Advanced skills in project/construction management and planning.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Advisory capacity for the Board of Directors/Management regarding project management and basic construction.

    • High responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a creative/collaborative mindset.

    • IT Proficiency: Expert in MS Project, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software (F1 or G8).

    4. Personal Attributes

    III. Work Location

    • Song Lo II Industrial Park (Song Lo District, Vinh Phuc Province) and other projects invested in by the Company.

    IV. Benefits

    • Salary: From 30 million VND/month or as negotiated.

    • Probation: 02 months (based on qualifications), with legal probationary pay.
