VPID successfully organized the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
In 2022, the global economy experienced many fluctuations, with high inflation and sharp volatility in fuel and raw material prices, affecting numerous industries and sectors. As a company operating mainly in the industrial real estate sector, these strong economic fluctuations impacted the Company’s investment activities, infrastructure construction, and investment attraction. However, with advantages in capital resources and practical experience, the Company’s operations still achieved several positive and noteworthy results. On the morning of January 8, 2023, at the Company’s headquarters, VPID successfully organized the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with the participation of shareholders attending in person and representatives of shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the 2023 AGM, with the shareholder list finalized on December 7, 2022. 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (VPID) On behalf of the Company, attendees included: Mr. Trinh Viet Dung – Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Pham Trung Kien – General Director Members of the Board of Directors and members of committees under the Board of Directors Members of the Board of General Directors The Meeting voted with a high level of consensus to approve the Minutes of the Meeting and the Resolution of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, including the following contents: Approval of the report on operating results in 2022 and the business plan for 2023. Audited consolidated financial statements for 2022 (summary). Report on activities of the independent member of the Board of Directors in the Audit Committee. Proposal on the selection of the auditor for the 2023 financial statements. Proposal on approval of profit distribution for the 2022 financial year and the expected profit distribution for the 2023 financial year. Proposal on the operating budget of the Board of Directors and committees under the Board of Directors for the 2023 financial year. Proposal on amendments and supplements to the Company Charter and the Internal Corporate Governance Regulations. Proposal on amendments and supplements to business lines. Proposal on the share issuance plan for dividend payment for 2022. Proposal on the share issuance plan under the employee stock ownership program (ESOP 2023) 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (VPID) In 2023, the industrial park infrastructure business is expected to face intense competition and continued difficulties due to ongoing global economic fluctuations. All officers and employees of the Company and its affiliated units are determined to unite, make strong efforts, and focus on implementing the business plan in accordance with the Resolutions assigned by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors. Key, appropriate, and flexible solutions will be implemented, maximizing the Company’s existing potential to successfully accomplish the 2023 business plan.

Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company participated in the TIM CUP football tournament
Chào mừng kỷ niệm 77 năm ngày thành lập ngành kế hoạch và đầu tư (31/12/1975 - 31/12/2022), chiều ngày 5/11 vừa qua, tại sân bóng Tam Gia (Hồ Sơn, Tam Đảo, Vĩnh Phúc), Công đoàn Vụ quản lý các khu kinh tế phối hợp cùng với Công đoàn Ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc và Công đoàn Công ty cổ phần phát triển hạ tầng Vĩnh Phúc (VPID) tổ chức giải bóng đá nam (7 người) tranh cúp tam hùng TIM CUP. Các đội bóng tham dự giải bóng đá giao hữu nam (sân bóng 7 người) Giải đấu có 3 đội bóng tham dự gồm đội Vụ quản lý các khu kinh tế, đội Ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc và đội bóng Công ty cổ phần phát triển hạ tầng Vĩnh Phúc. Các đội bóng thi đấu vòng tròn tính điểm và chọn ra đội giải nhất, nhì và ba. Các cầu thủ thi đấu với tinh thần cao thượng, sôi nổi, cống hiến cho khán giả nhiều pha bóng gây cấn, đẹp mắt Cả ba đội bóng đã cống hiến cho khán giả trên sân những pha bóng gây cấn, đẹp mắt và hơn hết là một tinh thần thi đấu cao thượng của bộ môn thể thao vua. Các cầu thủ đã cho thấy sự nỗ lực của bản thân để mang về những bàn thắng mở tỉ số giúp đội mình có cơ hội giành trọn 3 điểm trong mỗi trận đấu. Các cầu thủ đã cho thấy sự nỗ lực của bản thân để mang về những bàn thắng mở tỉ số Sau 3 trận đấu cân tài cân sức theo thể thức vòng tròn tính điểm, đội bóng Công ty cổ phần phát triển hạ tầng Vĩnh Phúc (FC VPID) đã giành được 6 điểm đứng thứ nhất, xếp ở vị trí thứ 2 là đội bóng Ban quản lý các KCN tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc và ở vị trí thứ 3 là đội bóng Vụ quản lý các khu kinh tế. Ngay sau trận đấu, Ban lãnh đạo cùng toàn thể đoàn các vận động viên của cả ba đội đã tham dự đêm tổng kết trao giải tại khách sạn Camellia - thị trấn Tam Đảo. Ông Nguyễn Xuân Phương - Trưởng BQL các KCN tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc (đầu tiên bên trái) và Ông Trần Quốc Trung - Phó Vụ trưởng Vụ quản lý các Khu kinh tế (đầu tiên từ phải qua) trao cup cho các đội đạt giải nhất & nhì. Phát biểu trong đêm trao giải, Ông Nguyễn Xuân Phương, Trưởng Ban quản lý các KCN tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc cho biết, qua giải đấu giao hữu TIM CUP 2022, các đội bóng đã thể hiện tinh thần thể thao cao thượng hướng đến mục đích tốt đẹp về sự đoàn kết, giao lưu và phát huy phong trào thể dục - thể thao, rèn luyện sức khỏe. Giải đấu cần tiếp tục duy trì và mở rộng nhằm cổ vũ, động viên phong trào và tạo sự gắn kết giữa các đơn vị.
